Dr. Ting Shin Yeu

With 18 years of professional experience, Dr. Ting founded Ting Dental Clinic in 2023 with a clear intention: to bring the quality of dental care from her work in Australia and international training home to Brunei — and to make it accessible to families here.

She graduated with Honours in Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 2008 and went on to gain her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in 2012, following postgraduate training across General Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics, and Restorative Dentistry. Early in her career she worked alongside respected Australian dental professionals at the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne and Dental Health Services Victoria, where she trained under the mentorship of a Specialist Endodontist appointed as Member of the Order of Australia, as well as at a number of private family and cosmetic dental practices.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Ting brings an additional dimension to the clinic: a background in healthcare administration, patient safety, and quality standards — including experience with JCI Accreditation and as Co-Head of a Patient Safety Unit. This means the systems behind the care at Ting Dental are built with the same rigour as the care itself.

Dr. Ting enjoys attending international conferences and engaging with leaders in the dental field in her commitment to dental excellence and best care for patients. She holds additional certifications in development of paediatric patients and basic and advanced clear aligner therapy learning from professionals and specialists from Australia, United States, South America, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Dr. Srividya Rajagopal

Dr. Sri holds a Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics, Crown & Bridge — a discipline focused on restoring and replacing teeth to the highest standard of both function and aesthetics. She is a Lifetime Member of the Indian Prosthodontic Society and brings to Ting Dental a depth of specialist knowledge that is rare in a private clinic setting.

Before joining the team in Brunei, Dr. Sri worked at a multi-specialty corporate clinic in India where she collaborated closely with dentists across disciplines to manage complex, comprehensive cases. This background in collaborative care translates directly into how she approaches patients at Ting Dental — thoughtfully, with the full picture in mind, never in isolation.

Her expertise spans fixed bridges, complete and partial dentures, CAD/CAM digital dentistry, BPS (Biofunctional Prosthetic System) dentures, smile design, and teeth whitening. She has published research in national and international academic journals, and has served as both Chairperson and Judge at international dental and prosthodontic conferences in India. Her clinical experience includes treating international patients to global dental standards.

Dr. Sri is equally at home working with children and with elderly patients. Her calm, compassionate manner makes her particularly effective with patients who feel nervous, and her expertise in geriatric dentistry means elderly patients can get the most careful attention to comfort and fit.

Dr. Amrutha Deshikachar

Dr. Amrutha brings 20+ years of dental experience to Ting Dental — a career that has taken her from India and Saudi Arabia to Brunei, where she has spent over a decade building connection and rapport with patients in the local community.

She graduated from Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2001 and completed her Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics in 2011. She has served as Adjunct Associate Professor at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, contributing to the education of the next generation of dental professionals in Brunei.

Her expertise is matched by a kind, unhurried approach to patient care. For anyone who feels anxious about dental treatment, Dr. Amrutha's manner — thorough and reassuring — makes a meaningful difference.
